Bought a Groupon for some canvas prints months ago. Still waiting for delivery - despite 21 working days promise. They don't communicate and (in general emails sent out to customers) refuse to accept responsibility. It's like they are complaining that so many people bought the Groupon deal. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen. Groupon potentially also at fault here for not understanding their capacity and putting a limit on sales. All in all we're dealing with plonkers.
