they catch you with this good service and quickly to come and show you demo samples. i ordered 70 shirts and 3 weeks later still waiting. i physically had to drive the rivonia central and SIT in their office and wait for the t-shirts to be quickly rushed and branded. branded quality is not good and you can clearly see rushed job. From my total R13200 order....still missing 15 tshirts and the branding was not done correctly.

Ordered 2 canvas prints in September (deadline for orders was end of September), and yet, despite this ridiculous deadline given by the Supplier, I am still waiting for my order. I have emailed over 10 times, and phoned numerous times, with absolutely NO reply (other than a \thank you for your email but we are unable to reply to your email bla bla"). <br> <br> So much for the birthday present that was supposed to be given in SEPTEMBER. I bought a groupon for two canvas prints on the 24 August. It is now the 10 December and I have still not received my prints. I have paid for them in full and there has been very little response when I try and contact Print Express. <br> They said that they would deliver after 31 working days, and it has now been nearly 4 MONTHS!!!<br>

I bought a groupon for print express which I ordered via Print Express website on 30 September, I am still waiting for my orders. They do not respond to emails and there is no phone number. I also contacted Groupon about this and they are also mum. I either want my print before Christmas or a FULL refund. I have even paid for the delivery which hasn't happened!!!

Bought a Groupon for some canvas prints months ago. Still waiting for delivery - despite 21 working days promise. They don't communicate and (in general emails sent out to customers) refuse to accept responsibility. It's like they are complaining that so many people bought the Groupon deal. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen. Groupon potentially also at fault here for not understanding their capacity and putting a limit on sales. All in all we're dealing with plonkers.

I have not received my order yet, and they do not respond to e-mails. I can see that they open the emails, but still no response. They have a bad attitude towards complaining customers as can be seen on their Facebook page. Terrible company - please avoid doing business with them.
