I bought a Polaroid PA70 watch to track my running. I was non the wiser until I checked my distance with Google maps. To my disappointment I realized that the watch was 1km out. And the further my run the more out the distance is. When I contacted Polaroid their communication has been extremely poor and slow. I've waited for over a month for some sort or resolution to the problem. I will definitely not be buying any Polaroid products again.
I bought a groupon for two canvas prints on the 24 August. It is now the 10 December and I have still not received my prints. I have paid for them in full and there has been very little response when I try and contact Print Express. <br> They said that they would deliver after 31 working days, and it has now been nearly 4 MONTHS!!!<br>
I have complained before about the quality of Fossil watch straps. They have replaced my strap twice and now the third one needs to be replaced. The loops of the strap have broken off and it is just over it's warranty. I was told that I could get a discount on a new watch, but I will still land up paying over R1000 toward a new one. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the watches as they are very expensive and you think you are paying more for quality!<br> I have also not been contacted like I was promised.<br> There are a number of other people I have spoken to who have had the same experience with Fossil and I find it unacceptable for an expensive product like this to be of such poor quality.<br> Fossil need to up their game if they intend on keeping their customers.
