No feedback, nothing good about company

Print Express Online had an offer on Groupon for photographs printed on canvas. They promised that the products would be delivered within 21 - 31 working days. I have not received my order yet, and they do not respond to e-mails. I can see that they open the emails, but still no response. They have a bad attitude towards complaining customers as can be seen on their Facebook page. Terrible company - please avoid doing business with them.
