For nearly three weeks, I have been subjected to shocking levels of incompetence while trying to return a phone and amend an upgrade. I have called almost daily, only to be bounced from one department to another with no one willing or able to resolve the matter. Each call results in a different story, which is both infuriating and unacceptable. The lack of accountability, consistency, and basic customer service is disgraceful. I expect immediate action to fix this issue once and for all. Can be assured after this resolved, I am changing my provider with haste. Been a loyal customer for many years but this is unacceptable and lots of companies out there that would want my business.
Amazing customer experience at the new store inside the center at Eden on the Bay. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!!!
This is for going above and beyond Ayanda Mtotywa, and even after all the chaos and the outcome, you still got in touch with me to understand what the pain points were, and investing the time to improve the client experience.
Terrible service, and completely *************. They don't adhere to the SLA, and you will get the run around from them. Do not invest your money through them, would be a big mistake, unless you like companies taking you on a ride, and not having any transparency regarding your money.
The worst client service ever! I've dealt with 3 people, Natasha, Lindsey and then my request was pushed over to Ayanda, who promised on the 22 July, he would provide me with an update on 24 July, and this did not happen. These folks at 10X Investments don't put their client first and are unreliable. Will not use their service ever again, and will certainly not recommend anyone use them for their retirement annuities. Absolutely appalling!!!! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
If I could give them negative stars I would. They cannot be trusted, customer service reps lie, and entire corporate culture there is *********. For days i have been trying to resolve a return, they processed the return successfully and no refund has been given back. For a week now, the reps have been telling me a different story from Balawa, Nuha, Chante and Nicole. Have exchanged close to 100 emails with them, and each one telling a different lie. At this point it's not that much about the refund, but my time that i've spent waiting for takealot to do the right thing, and that they have **** consistently, which speaks to the culture at takealot, and they aren't concerned about their clients' time at all. Can be assured I will never purchase from them again!!!!!
Probably the worse online customer service. I have gone through 3 different channels to get an update on an order which was suppose to be delivered already, and no one has communicated with me regarding a delay. The call agent promised to notify me about the order, and still waiting. I sent multiple emails as well, still no reply. I will not support this company any longer, there are other companies that provide much better service, and less expensive. I spent over R10000 for products in a month. Will not spend my money with them. Not only that, a product which was not shown as being out of stock, was added to my cart, and days after they send a message that it is out of stock. Terrible Service!!!
