3 months and NOTHING

Ordered 2 canvas prints in September (deadline for orders was end of September), and yet, despite this ridiculous deadline given by the Supplier, I am still waiting for my order. I have emailed over 10 times, and phoned numerous times, with absolutely NO reply (other than a \thank you for your email but we are unable to reply to your email bla bla"). <br> <br> So much for the birthday present that was supposed to be given in SEPTEMBER. It is now December and I still have not received any concrete answer from Print Express.<br> <br> Groupon...who I bought the voucher through"
