Order was meant to be delivered during the day at a business address. Order only delivered after 16:30 when recipient had already left work. Surprise element whilst at work taken away. There is damage to the item so meaning it is of poor quality. Doubt will use netflorist again. Second time in less than a year i have issues with netflorist service
Woolworths Online Store... Ordered online on the 8th August and woolworths uses pickup points where they unable to deliver. PARGO is the worst... I received a message that parcel had arrived on the 15th August but parcel was not at the specified pickup point. Pargo did not care and never followed up after my numerous calls using my phone and driving to the pickup point daily as they kept sending emails that the parcel was at the pickup point. Woolworths were no better, they kept telling me the parcel was delivered and everyday i tell them that but i do not have it and they would respond that the matter had been escalated and no feedback after. I called them daily and when i sent an email requesting a refund and my money back there was no response from them. 24th August after numerous calls and needles drives wasting my fuel i finally speak to a young lady can't recall her name as i was still very upset) but she was the first to be interested in resolving my matter and that had feedback within 20min of my call. The guy is the insurance chosen guy and he seems to have too much on his plate that 10 days since claim is made he is not bothered that he has not done the job and so does the insurance co. He has a very bad attitude maybe his hands are too full to prioritise good customer care and manners. A very bad service and there are better plumbing service in the area but this insurance chooses these people. No better than most government services
