I Lodged my first ever vehicle accident claim with budget and am still waiting for feedback on the claim. I got questioned with regards to my previous insurance history and got told my premium was too low. I have no vehicle and am waiting for claim approval from them for over two weeks now. I get questioned as if I was a liar with regards to insurance history and have sent all the details through to budget as required. It seems as if a reason to reject my claim is being searched for by the company which is not fair. This is my first ever claim and I am very unhappy about how budget is dealing with this. I followed up yesterday and got told I would get feedback by today. I got a call today advising that administration was still being done and they would follow up with me tomorrow.
Purchased a second hand vehicle from this company. When asking for things to be fixed I got a bad attitude about buying a second hand car and taking it as is. There was hidden damage on the car and I have been waiting 5 months for my spare key which is supposed to be standard when purchasing a car. When contacting the manager and sales person I get ignored and no response to emails or any sort of communication with regards to what the progress is. On top of that the cars previous registration also got registered incorrectly on my name. The fines for the previous owner is now being sent to me. This is horrible service and I am totally disgusted at the sales represesntative and management of this branch.
