Doesnt Pay rent on time
Hello I am a landlord that uses Only Rentals and their service to me is worse than to my tenant, I don't receive my rent on the 1st & if the tenant is late they make me wait until he decides to pays his rent. Wrt to maintenance they just make me pay for whatever they want to fix . If the new tenant wants the locks changed why should I pay for it?, if the tenant is late with his rent why should I receive the rent late?, if the tenant burns the carpets with an iron or places an iron on the kitchen units that's negligence but they ask me to have that repaired. You need to remind them numerous times about any issue, they don't give statements on time , they don't have consistent staff every time there's someone new & they just ignore a person. They don't even know when a tenants lease is going to expire I am without rent for 2 months now because of their negligence, Putrid service I don't know how they do business Disappointed & disgusted

Customers handbag snatched in Edgars Sandton
On Sunday afternoon,I was robbed in Edgars Sandton store,I could' nt believe it either upmarket area. My handbag its contents,cellphone etc,stolen while I was fitting on shoes. I reported to Edgars security they didn't care & asked me to report it to Sandton city management security.The staf & security of Edgars weren't concerned with my loss or any attempt to assist me they infact made it known that it is a regular occurrence & that their duty is to look after items in the store not the customer.I asked them to show video footage this was not allowed.The manager did'nt even announce on a mike informing other customers 2 be careful with their belongings after my incident. Although the shoe area is being targeted by thieves there is no sign making customers aware to be careful of your belongings or mirrors that can increase visibility & staff & security know about the issue & yet allow it to persist as long as the thieves r not stealing the stores items stealing from the customer is fine,but without customers there is no store.How long wil this persist customers being robbed it tarnishes Edgars image & money loss as I couldn't purchase anything & I was buying for a family of 5.
