Only Rentals inefficiencies to get business for themselves is passed on to their clients. They are unable to get tenants to their rental stock and pass on the cost to existing tenants. I gave them full months notice as I had to change jobs but they want me to continue to pay rent because the contract was not over. What you are doing is unconstitutional becuase you are benefiting without the tenant using the property. Your contracts are not constitutional. Ppl should be aware that if you sign a contract with Only Rentals you will be made to pay for their inefficiencies. This is also against the principles of consumer act. Only Rentals is also providing poor services for tenants with their service providers who does not provider good cleaning services. They are also not supervised by the agents. Also when they send potential tenants to the property, they don't accompany the potential tenants but ask the current tenants to show them around. They are such a bunch of ineffeciant agents who rip tenants off.

I am disgusted by the service I received from Only Rentals West Rand Owner Maria. I pay her a management fee to manage my property in Honeydew. Today is the 4th of the new month and still my rent has not been paid over. I call her office to query this and Ashton, has no clue on whether the tenant has paid or not. She advises she will call me back. She then informs me that the client has paid on Saturday the 1st and sent a proof of payment. My response was will you pay it over , as it is late and recover the instant payment fee from the tenant. No reply to that, I call Maria the owner, on the 3rd of September who then lies to me saying I have released all payments at 12h30 today and your money will be in tomorrow morning the 4th of Sept. I call to ask for the proof of payment, she doesn't take my calls. I then receive a message from her telling me not to nag as this won't speed up the process. I asked her why she lied saying she paid it yesterday at 12h30 and now informs me she was offline from 1pm. She starts denying this. She goes on telling me that over 40 tenants have not paid rentals and I should be happy as mine paid. I mean really?? If that is not a bad attitude then I don't know. The part she doesn't comprehend is that today is the 4th and my rental is still not paid. Shocking service as she avoids all my calls and offers lies instead of the truth.

I am disgusted by the service I received from Only Rentals West Rand Owner Maria. I pay her a management fee to manage my property in Honeydew. Buiten hulle fantastiese diens en vriendelikheid buig hulle letterlik agteroor om mens op hoogte te hou wat by jou eiendom aangaan. Wel gedaan Stephan, julle is in my oë absolute "Guardian Angels" !!! Julle diens sover die laaste 2 en 'n half jaar is puik! Baie ander agente in Nelspruit kan gerus by julle aanklop en sien hoe dit gedoen word. Keep up the good work.

<p>I enquired about various available rental properties in Port Elizabeth and only received 1 snotty response !</p> <p> </p> <p>Then , their Ägent"Laurence van Tonder agrees to arrange rental of a specific property and we would meet the next morning to sign and pay the necessary amounts prior to occupation !</p> <p> </p> <p>No contact , feedback or even excuse the next day and avoids me flatout ! I get to hear that this is a rather common occurence with him and this "company"of clowns !</p> <p> </p> <p>This leaves me and my family with only 1 day to find suitable available accomodation , before we must vacate our current rental property and this also means my elderly 70+ year old dad cannot live in the flatlet on the property , as the said rental property would have allowed and we've found no alternate suitable or available property with a flatlet !</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely Pathetic !!! If you look at the other complaints and reviews , it's clear that terrible service , along with general untrustworthy ethics and practices , is the order of the day in their "Circus".</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm furthering this matter with SANBS and various Realty Regulatory Boards , to ensure that something more than just unheard and unactioned complaints reach them and their offices !</p> <p> </p> <p>Shape up or ship out - you're ****** useless !!!</p>

Hello I am a landlord that uses Only Rentals and their service to me is worse than to my tenant, I don't receive my rent on the 1st & if the tenant is late they make me wait until he decides to pays his rent. Wrt to maintenance they just make me pay for whatever they want to fix . If the new tenant wants the locks changed why should I pay for it?, if the tenant is late with his rent why should I receive the rent late?, if the tenant burns the carpets with an iron or places an iron on the kitchen units that's negligence but they ask me to have that repaired. You need to remind them numerous times about any issue, they don't give statements on time , they don't have consistent staff every time there's someone new & they just ignore a person. They don't even know when a tenants lease is going to expire I am without rent for 2 months now because of their negligence, Putrid service I don't know how they do business Disappointed & disgusted

I don't even know where to start. I was treated unfairly, cheated, lied to, etc. etc. It sounds like a bad break up, I know. Worst rental agency in the country. Atrocious service.

I have been renting through Only Rentals for the past two years, and they are serious contenders for the worst estate agent company in the country.<br> <br> Slow or no replies to emails, improper billing, unreliable, often (almost always) late for appointments, unapologetic about bad service, NO respect for my availability, lying about arrangement of appointments despite e-mail proof (and again not apologising), late renewal inspection (and then blaming the tenant for their own mistake), taking long to arrange the repair of leaking ceilings, and a bad attitude in general.
