Only Rentals inefficiencies to get business for themselves is passed on to their clients. They are unable to get tenants to their rental stock and pass on the cost to existing tenants. I gave them full months notice as I had to change jobs but they want me to continue to pay rent because the contract was not over. What you are doing is unconstitutional becuase you are benefiting without the tenant using the property. Your contracts are not constitutional. Ppl should be aware that if you sign a contract with Only Rentals you will be made to pay for their inefficiencies. This is also against the principles of consumer act. Only Rentals is also providing poor services for tenants with their service providers who does not provider good cleaning services. They are also not supervised by the agents. Also when they send potential tenants to the property, they don't accompany the potential tenants but ask the current tenants to show them around. They are such a bunch of ineffeciant agents who rip tenants off.
I have to say I am beyond Disappointed with Ford. I bought the new Ford Everest 2.2XLT in January 2017 from Barloworld Ford in Alberton. I never had any issues with the vehicle until all of a sudden in November 2017 the car started losing power completely randomly, at times it wont even go over 20KM per hour even when my foot is flat on the accelerator even when its downhill. This happens with no warnings or warning lights displayed. I took the vehicle to the workshop at the Ford in Nelspruit, they said it was a software problem and they only have to update the software and all should be well but of course it wasn't. From November 2017 to date this car has been to the workshop more than 4 times and the problem still persists. I think its safe to say they don't know what the problem is. In the mean time I am paying a very large installment for an unreliable vehicle. I travel a lot and I do long distances and this car is a danger to myself and my family's life because on several occasions when i have tried to overtake on the road it just loses power while there is oncoming traffic. Furthermore, I keep having to send it to the workshop and this inconveniences me yet there is no solution, the last time it was there it spent 3 days at the workshop but on the very same day i collected it the problem persisted. I have contacted FORDSA to inform them of this issue and they told me to take it back to the Workshop at Ford, this was on the 15th January 2018 but because I had a business trip I couldn't take it there and I opted to take in today but I received an email from Alfred from FMCSA stating that they will be closing my case, I don't understand that because my problem is still not solved. I am deeply disappointed in Ford, I owned a Ford Ranger 3.2XLT previously and I enjoyed that bakkie and I thought i could enjoy the same loyalty from the Everest but instead I feel really let down by the brand, since they haven't been able to find and fix the problem I am led to believe that the vehicle I bought has a factory fault.
I own a Ford Everest 2.2XLT; 2017. I'm disappointed with this car as it is not worth the price demanded by Ford. This car has only travelled 46000 km but it's is lossing power on the stip hills. I have taken it to a Ford dealership in Nelspruit 4 times but they could not assist. They kept on saying they updated the software and tested that the car is fine. Every time I take for a long distance it does the same thing. This car is not worth the money one pays monthly as one is paying for inconvenience. Yesterday was travelling to KZN from Nelspruit and it did the same thing after I have taken it to the dealership. In the dealership they indicate that they don't know what the problem is. This is so shameful given the fact that it's a beautiful car. Ford South Africa should urgently do something about this as they are not keeping us on the road. It's festive session now and we can't afford inconvenience that is provided by Ford Everest 2.2.2XLT. It seems as it also the technicians are not properly trained. The last time I took it in for this software update; crush control was not working. The settings of the car were not as they were. This car is the biggest inconvenience and this could cause fetal accidents in the road as the car just losses power when accending the hills. The cars that are following from behind could bump you.
