Purchased sushi from Asami's Asian Cuisine in Somerset West. They have not added the 8 tempura rolls and expected me to drive all the way back to the centre to collect the missing rolls. I have to spend additional money on fuel to only collect something they did not add. I will advise not to buy sushi from this place, not only has the size of it decreased, but this kind of service is a joke. There are waaaay better Asian Cuisine where you will get value for your money.
Ordered a beach mat and received a stupid rainwear piece of plastic that appears to cost R20. I've logged a return of this incorrect product that was shipped to me and requested they provide me with information on when I will be receiving the correct product. The response: "You product is scheduled for collection before 5pm tomorrow". Yeah, I got an SMS saying it is going to be collect, but what about the damn product I've ordered. Where is it? When am I receiving it? My question was pretty straight forward. You have clowns working at takealot.com? FFS!
It's been over a week since I have requested a tax certificate from Alexander Forbes, yet my queries falls on deaf ears. Please get someone to get in touch with me wrt to my certificate our I start crippling your systems.
On 12 Dec @ approximately 09:00 I have inquired about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. A few minutes later I received a call advising my inquiry has been assigned to a sales consultant, which will get into contact with me shortly. No call was received whatsoever. On Monday 14 Dec, I called in to advise that I am still awaiting the call from the sales consultant. I was then immediately transferred to one. I advised I was interested in a vehicle and completed the financing online. Later the day I was advised that I have been approved and booked a test drive for Wednesday 16 Dec and advised that I will be completing the documentation as well. On Wed 16 Dec when I got to the getWorth, I was advised that I will not be able to test drive the vehicle as it failed its roadworthy for the windscreen and that it was replace the Tue 15 Dec. No one got into contact with me advising me about this speed bump, as I would've arranged the test drive for a different day. Upon leaving he the site, I have asked the sales consultant to get me the failed report received from Dekra. I was advised that it would not be possible, but will received the report once the vehicle has passed its roadworthy test. My query was passed on to their recon team to provide me with the failed report. I was then advised that the vehicle has failed on its windscreen as well as noise on steering. I was then adamant to get this report and had to email back and forth for 2 days before receiving the report. Eventually receiving the report I confirmed that these were there only 2 issues the vehicle failed on, but also saw the roadworthy test was done on 9 Dec already. I advised that I urgently need the vehicle completed as I need transport over the weekend. After constantly having to ask for updates I was advised that the steering issue is being looked (Thu 17 Dec). I have requested update on Fri morning 18 Dec, and advised the vehicle is at the workshop. The 16:00 I have requested another update, but saw they closed shop at 15:00 to attend their staff party and thought they would get back to me early Saturday morning. It is now 11:00 Saturday morning and not a single phone call nor email. I am utterly disgusted in the type of service I am experiencing with this company!!!
I have cancelled my contract with Telkom within my 7 day cooling off period. I have received a notification advising the cancellation has been received and that an agent will get into contact with me before close of business. I have been using the FNB App on my new device for a while now and my device is still seen as an unverified device. This is becoming frustrating as my current verified device is basically unusable. And why can't a verified device add a new device as verified... This is not rocket science, but a mere two step authentication process. Please get my new device verified immediately. Good day I would like to follow up on an EFT that was performed to my account, but still not reflecting. This was from an Investec account to FNB. As per Investec, they have received the payment and performed the transaction and should reflect in my account within two business days. Could someone assist to confirm if this is the case?

I have purchased the 80GB LTE from DSL Telecom and received my device and sim yesterday. When connecting everything the router displayed "no service". After contacting Telkom on 081 180 I was told to wait an additional 24 hours for the sim card to be activated. I do not see why I have to wait 24 hours for my sim card to activate as when I bought my Galaxy S8 from MTN my sim was activate when a I left the store. They need to activate this sim today or im returning everything and cancelling this contract.
<p>Whenever I email the applications department I never get feedback and lose the opportunity to start studying towards a degree. When I contact them, the line is either always busy or no one answers.</p> <p>In 2015 I paid my admission and have not received any feedback from them whether I have been admitted or not.</p> <p>Now I have re-applied and only have a few days left before admissions closes and still no feedback from, all I have is a case number.</p> <p>Case number is 17108NX00060</p>
