In October 2014 we requested a job and we paid 80% of the bill for materials and labour. Despite repeated requests, demands and threats from my side, Jan has kept our money, refused to refund it and not done a job that I specifically specified was urgent and important to me. Trying to get our money back has been impossible, with excuses such as \you have not sent the banking details"when we have proof that this has been done on numerous occasions. I requested, in your Westgate branch on YOUR Westgate phone to cancel the number at my old home and got a reference number. You are still charging me for my old account. I have held on countless times (often for an hour or more) to deal with this and sent emails to you. I have visited branches and waited in queues. I have sms'ed the complaint when you have asked for feedback, all to no avail.<br> <br> Still I am receiving accounts and I moved in October and have a new Telkom number which I opened after the old one was closed down. Foolish of me really, I won't renew it at this rate when the contract ends in 1 1/2 years. <br> I really do not know how to cancel this old contract that in my mind was cancelled at end November !! HELP!!!
