Since Starsat and the HD Decoder took over all the channels are either no signal and the programme does not exist. I have complaint a lot of times then they say the problem is with me I must switch my machine on and press F4 to scan . Now again today 9.12.2015 I have scanned for channels 20 times . I wanted to watched The lone ranger at 17.30 so my channel was the program does not exist. . I tried to phone Starsat from 17.30 till 18.30 only then one of your consultants picked up the phone hence after an hour it cost me a lot of money. Then she told me to scan again and she was typing something in and all of a sudden the channels was there. I am no fool if Starsat cannot give his clients a service then I have no choice to joint all the other people who cancelled their subscriptions. I did not watched The lone ranger brcause the second transmission was to late . I am sick and sleep early . I will now give you 14days to deliver a service and if you cant I will cancel. Call2Save is harassing me with phone calls to get insurance from them. I am already with an insurance company that gave me a good deal. When I was looking for an insurer they was not willing to insure my car he is to old according to them.Now they are phoning me all the time from phone +27873507777 trying to sell insurance if you say know they sign off but the next day they phone again.
