Ordered a TV in the morning around 9 am . Was expecting a delay in delivery by 13:00 my TV was delivered .... Excellent customer service
Mtn claims department I am very disappointed at My Claims customer service , their service is very poor and they have incompetent agents . My laptop was stolen on the 23rd of Feb at work at my work station , I reported the matter to the police and was given a case number and an affidavit . In the affidavit I explained how it happened and emailed it pinnacle mtn t . A lady by the name Lucrecia from innacle aknowledged receipt of my claim and said underwriter will contact me . Three days down the line , I never heard from her or underwriter , I made several emails to her which she eventually some where ignored and some where responded , I later on asked for the underwriter number ,then I was given the mtn claims number , I got 3 hung ups before getting hold of an agent who could talk to me . I told them my problem then ,they said I should explain further , I told them there was a video footage of how it happened and they said I should email it to them . Friday the 22nd I emailed them part of the footage but the large file was refusing to send , I humbly ask them if I can deliver it somewhere,they told me to go and ask at any branch , Mtn randburg said they can't do it company policy wouldn't allow , Mtn cresta said the same thing . I then called them today Monday 25 Feb I made more than 5calls some of them I was cut n the middle of the conversation , eventually I got through to agent I explained my situation that the file is too large I'm failing to send can I drop it somewhere , they claimed not to even see my emails with part of footage yet on my mail they never bounced back .the agent I spoke to later on came to me and said he is declining my claim , I asked why , he said because I left my laptop unattended , how could yes a laptop is unattended when it's at a work station where one works , there are cameras where I work , how can you decline a claim that has a footage before you even see the footage . Please help. Frustrated Mtn customer
