The store had signs of 40% off, I took a jacket and asked the store assistant whether the jacket was also 40% when the assistant said no it's not I said then I don't want to take it anymore. The other store lady by the name Patience gave me a snarl and showed a sign of impatience and was laughing speaking in African language to the other ladies about me not taking the item. This is unacceptable retail service and highly recommend that service training should be done, especially in a international brand like Gap.
