**** website up that I have reported to Gap clothing 3 times over a month and they still haven’t taken it down. Unacceptable. Surely you would want to protect your company name and your customers. https://www.gapclothingza.com/

Went to the Gap store in the Bellport outlet and they refused to honor a 15% off coupon from the Retail me not site. Said there was “ no code” and that they have “nothing to do with retail me not.” The clerk actually had the audacity to say that Retail Me Not “ cuts and paste the pictures,” and puts it on their site. She was so serious too! I pointed out that she sounded absolutely ridiculous and it made no sense. I then called their corporate office and they were “ going to look into it.” They then pacified me by offering a $20 coupon but not reimburse me the 15% off my bill that was offered. I have written to Retail Me Not, and will be contacting the Attorney General as well. Sounds like Bait and Switch to me.

When paying for my items at the till, the cashier suggested I sign up for a card that will give me 20% off. I am a foreign national and was on holiday in the country when this happened. He did not explain that it was a credit card which I found very sneaky. I paid for the goods in cash and still received a bill for the items. I plan on moving to the country do I can't cancel the card because it will reflect badly on my credit. What a scam! I don't plan on ever shopping there again!

The store had signs of 40% off, I took a jacket and asked the store assistant whether the jacket was also 40% when the assistant said no it's not I said then I don't want to take it anymore. The other store lady by the name Patience gave me a snarl and showed a sign of impatience and was laughing speaking in African language to the other ladies about me not taking the item. This is unacceptable retail service and highly recommend that service training should be done, especially in a international brand like Gap.
