Disappointed
My child went from an A+ student to just about halving that result which was obtained at a reputable South African high school. When questions were asked there was no accountability from Teneo who kept diverting by saying she is quiet and does not participate. From as far back as I can remember she never participated but that did not hinder her ability to achieve. Classes are delivered without clear explanation or instruction. Very difficult platform to navigate.

Poor level of education
My daughter went from being a top A+ all round student to failing with Teneo. Teaching is well below average. Quality of education is poor. System is so complicated you need a PHD to navigate it. Think twice before you chose the online option. My daughter is back at a school and is achieving and is happy again.

Absolute ****. False advertising. I ordered a ring that took forever to arrive. It does not look anything like the picture. Come direct from China not from the lovely couple who make jewelry and are closing their business in Cappe Town. Site should be taken down.

Gap clothing **** site

Worst experience ever
Unprofessional. Not transparent. Commission was not officially agreed yet deducted. Constant flow of potential ‘buyers’ who were not even looking in the area we lived. foot traffic? The advocates that were recommended were even worse than unprofessional. Forwarding private emails on to the ‘buyer’ in a clear conflict situation was ********* to say the least. Hind sight is a wonderful teacher.

Worst moving experience yet
Shocking service. We arranged for them to pack us. They ran out of boxes so left things lying around everywhere after they had supposedly packed us. Arrived late for collection. Had to arrange storage for a week through them due to unforeseen circumstances. They arrived at our new premises late to off load boxes and furniture. Furniture was damaged. Expensive wooden bed frame badly dented. It seemed like boxes has been dropped as large amount of breakages particularly from specific boxes. They refuse to take any responsibility saying that we must claim from our own insurance thus increasing our premiums when the damage was so obviously caused by themselves. I understand you maybe have policies in place to protect yourselves but when you clearly caused excessive damage and breakages you should put your policy aside and come to the party.

Shocking
Shocking. The rudest woman I have ever come across. Website is completely user UNFRIENDLY. It is like navigating through a list of commands. They will only fill orders over a certain amount. Demands a POP after its been sent. Sends me the rudest email from a retailer I have ever seen. I amazed they are still in business. They used to be amazing until they moved premises. Maybe owners changed because I will never go back there.

Horrendous accommodation
Amidst a peak in COVID cases in the province, the place was filthy. Every surface was covered in dust. They did not change the bedding once in 6 nights. There were fleas in the beds. A footprint on the bedding. Sitting on the balcony one could also enjoy watching rats running about. They offer accommodation for a family of 4. It was tiny! Rather limit the number of guests per room than squash people in making it uncomfortable. What I particularly enjoyed was having a fridge in the room with 4 beds buzzing away at full volume all night. There are NO cooking facilities. We brought a weeks worth of meat with us and then found there was no where to cook it. A microwave. We were given 2 forks for 4 people to either eat steak with a s**** or had to play Pass the Fork. We had to request permission to braai on a daily basis. The last night they quite literally put us on the back of the property in an alley way. I managed to, cut my foot climbing to aforementioned spot. We were made to feel like criminals on a daily basis for requesting permission to prepare our food. We observe certain dietary laws which made it difficult for us to eat out daily, never mind expensive. They do not allow braaing as people get raucous? On the last night we found the restaurant fully lit and music blaring out the properties speakers. The swimming pool was green upon arrival but as the place started filling up an effort was made to actually clean it. If you are perhaps a business man passing through the area you might be able to make it work for you. But this place should not offer holiday accommodation for a family of 4 people. We decided to leave a day early as the beaches had just been closed and we chose to rather lose out on the near R2000 per night fee than suffer an entire day on that property. Not that a single member of staff bothered to ask why we were leaving.
