<p>I have been a client of Alex Organics Garden Services in Table View since 2009 when they first opened.</p> <p>We had a standing arrangement for every second week at 4pm. Since then I had one complaint which was completely disregarded.</p> <p>However if and when the owner has a complaint he does not feel the need to watch his tone or words.</p> <p>Friday the 20.01.17 - I was 4minutes late when the owner called me. I told him I am 2 minutes away and he had the audacity to tell me his staff left my premises already, so this means they have to return and I am wasting his time because he is short staffed. I told him to just forget about it, dont bother sending them back.</p> <p>When is happened on a previous occasion, where I was not even 5 minutes late, I was told by Alex the owner "I am not running a bakkie business any longer, dont waste my time".</p> <p> </p> <p>Well today I received their bill for the full service, previously I paid it. This time I however ask him how long did your staff actually wait if by 16h04 they would have to come back. Also was it my fault they were short staffed and how dare he talk to customers like that...."good paying customers" to quote his exact words.</p> <p> </p> <p>His response was " Just F*ck off *****! I dont F*cking need your money!"</p> <p> </p> <p>I am completely and utterly shocked.</p> <p> </p> <p>What type of business man sends this to a client thats been with him for 8 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>I could comment on his racist supervisors but I will rather just leave it at that. After all, if this is the attitude of the owner, how can you blame his staff for being disrespectful and the other for not wanting to pitch for work.</p> <p>I cannot believe he feels it is completely okay to to anyone like that, let alone a client.</p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone needs validation, I have his uncouth emails.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
During the industrial action at MTN, I was billed for 10GB of data. I tried calling in, was left holding for 30minutes at a time. I eventually got a response for the customer care after an email telling me I bought it via a USSD call and they cannot refund it. I never use more than 1GB a month, I am on Wi-Fi everyday and I don't even know how to buy on a USSD call. I am insisting that they take back the 10GB of data and credit the R430 which I was billed for. When I asked for a credit - I received no reply. I even emailed Christine Ramon on their board of directors and her response - OR LACK THEREOF - just shows what MTN stands for.
