Absa Table bay mall has 4 customer service cubicles and only one staff taking clients, they have 3 teller point and not one person in them, if any normal business would let their paying clients sit this long with each new client walking in and complaining about the time and service how long would you be in business, Absa table bay you are taking our money and not giving us entry level business service, you hold us random as you have the upper hand.
I have recently had a parcel sent from JHB to Cape Town, I paid for a 48hr delivery and 3 days later still waiting to recieve the package, I have called Time Freight and spoken to a number of staff I have even tried speaking to the Manager of Cape Town branch who would not return my calls or speak to me no one I spoke to seeking help has called me back. I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence. I cetainly will never use Time Freight again.
