I drove into one of the entraces this morning before 8AM. The boom ticket machine was out of order. I had cars behind me. Seemed the boom next to me was out of order as well. By now both lanes hade several cares parket. I presssed the help button and the security told me its a practice of some kind and ended the call. I tried to press help again - no response. I called the mall and spoke to P_O_L_L_Y who told me its a practice and put the phone down. I called again and spoke to same again who asked me to hold and promply didnt put me on hold but proceeded to bad mouth me to the person she was speaking to. S_T_E_V_E_N D_U_P_R_E_E_U then came on and proceeded to tell me that they having a practice. I said its badly run as why were the gates not locked. I have 12 cars behind and next to me. None of us can reverse down the hill. I said I would phone the police and inform the that I am being held hostage. He stated I am welcome to. If it was so well run why did they not close the gates or prevent entrnace - that specific entrance is a single lane opening into a double lane and up hill. Close the entrances and learn to deal with people in a professional manner, this was run with utter gross negligence endagering people and affecting their lives.

Absa Table bay mall has 4 customer service cubicles and only one staff taking clients, they have 3 teller point and not one person in them, if any normal business would let their paying clients sit this long with each new client walking in and complaining about the time and service how long would you be in business, Absa table bay you are taking our money and not giving us entry level business service, you hold us random as you have the upper hand.

Absa Table bay mall has 4 customer service cubicles and only one staff taking clients, they have 3 teller point and not one person in them, if any normal business would let their paying clients sit this long with each new client walking in and complaining about the time and service how long would you be in business, Absa table bay you are taking our money and not giving us entry level business service, you hold us random as you have the upper hand.

I've purchased a pair of Truworths Grey High tops size 7, on the 7th June 2021. Had it returned more than 11 days ago. The shoes were hurting my fiance everytime he wore them that I had to have his feet soaked. His toes are scared and open because if this. It was taken into evaluation and was returned declined. I've paid cash for this purchase after your BaysideMall branch could not read my credit balance. They told me I could not purchase because I had R49 remaining when it was actually R400 and something. Then I paid with my business card. The service offered has been disgusting. I would like my money back or atleast a voucher for this terrible shoes.

Good day. I hd the worse experience ever on friday afternoon in the mall right infront of The Reader. 6 guards walked up to me claiming i been stealing everytime at Relay. I ask the one guard is he sure and he was blatantly rude telling me i should stop talking and go answer questiones at Relay Store where i stole stuff. After a while a sales assistant from relay walk towards us where she told them they have the wrong person and without an apology from the one that was rude they tur ed around and walked away. One came to me and apologise on behalf of that guard. Maybe employ guards and not fly by nights.
