We have update our app. And now we get our grouseries from a different checkers that is 1km further and useless. Allways getting wrong things and not fresh food. We try to changed it to our hearest checkers but cannot. Totally nuts
We have bought a Exter and we told the sales person there is water marks on the windscrean front of the vehicle. There was a chip on the back door. A new vehicle not a demo or a second hand car. Well after alot of phone calls it was in to get it cleaned up. The front have still got water marks. The polish is all over the black rubber and the chip is still not repaired. Do not take or sign anything before the deffects are repaired. I am not happy with the service. And becarefull for a sales person if they promise that it will befixed.
Arround 14h45 a vehicle of this company drove like a mad man. In front of oncomming cars. I phone the company and all what they say o is it so. If this is how they operate then I will never deal with them.
They canbtake your money easy but if you change it to Bmp. Thenbthey do not refund you.
This Sanlam gap cover is only there to ***** your money. And all what they can say sorry to hear of your poor service expierence for 4 months now. Then they want this paper thennthis statement just not to pay you. Ref WI 3301884. Wgat a joke.

Good day I am not happy I am struggle now with this from beginning of April 2025. This is not acceptable numerous phone calls and emails later and this is still not settle. Who is going to pay for the legal fees I had the procedure 5 months ago. I am a cancer patient on chemo daily, I fell and broke my toe badly due to chemo I am a diabetic now as well. Went to the GP was refer to a Orthopedic surgeon on the network and was refer to another surgeon due to very high risk with my cancer, chemo, high blood pressure, Diabetes and pressure on the brain due to chemo. This doctor charge more than medical scheme rates. Every time I phone I get told this is at the Claims department. I need answers A.S.A.P
We have a gap cover at Sanlam, they just do not come back to us from April. If you phone they put you on hold till your money is up. They can take the monthly instalment but can not sort out the claim. We are more than a year by them, how bad is this. The paperwork is by another department, and so they just carry on.
Nedbank, just cancelled my BPP.without me ever inform them how dom can you be.
