If there where zero stars I would have allocated that to rating Planet Fitness and their Customer service. I joined through Vitality which informed me that my contract should be month to month. Upon phoning PF I am told no its a year contract. After explaining to them that due to medical reasons I can not attend the gym anymore, they are still not willing to void 2 months left on my contract even after I said once I have recovered I would like to join up again. But if this is how Planet fitness treats customers I never ever want to join them again. I will never ever recommend PF to any friend or family memeber. BAD BAD BAD customer service.
I was so impressed when I first started with Gym Company 3 years ago, but since January I have been asking to send me forms to cancel my contract with no luck, well I will make it publicly noted that I have paid for 3 years not even going I will not pay a cent more, you can not speak to proper accounts people you never receive any correspondence there is no email addresses available. I AM DONE
This is the Worst Medical aid I have been with. They take peoples money under false pretenses and will not pay for life threatening emergencies.
I am extremely upset with Woolworths and the treatment I got this morning. I have made an online order on the 28th and I had to put in my bank pin thereafter the money was deducted immediately, yesterday when I wanted to make a payment at a supplier I had insufficient funds due to Woolworths deducting another amount from my account without authorization. When I phoned this morning I was told the first amount will be reversed into my bank account, but that doesn't give them the right to deduct another amount that differs from the first without my consent. Secondly I specifically asked not for substitutions and now I am told I said they could substitute. No compensation for my extra banking fees due to double deduction No compensation for there error. Extreme Woolies Fan went to Extremely disgusted in the way they handled this error. My thinking is do Customers really matter to Woolies or is it all about making the money :-(
