Very Fast Delivery and Efficient Service
Fast service. Ordered the night before and delivery the next day, inside 24 hours. Can highly recommend them for their fast service!

No delivery from Takealot, now it's my problem!
I won't bore you with the long story, but in a nutshell this is about as short as I can make it: I order an expensive piece of electronics from Takealot, and when the driver arrived, I could immediately see it was not what I ordered (not even close...a carpet protector). So I refused to take delivery and he left with the item. Problem was he clicked 'delivered' on his app, so I had to jump through hoops to fix their problem. 5 calls to their helpdesk (different people, me having to explain my story every time) and lots of emails from various agents. Eventually, they manage to 'return' the 'delivery' to their warehouse and they have scheduled a new delivery for me, but I'm still waiting for it, on the 3rd day after they failed to deliver what I ordered. Such a simple mistake has caused such a major problem, and making me part of it. When their system works, it fine. Just be prepared when things go wrong.
