ADT add charges to account when cancelling

Good day In August 2014 we cancelled our ADT subscription, because the property was sold. We asked for a final statement of the account that stated R816.57 was due, but there were a number of charges on the recon that did not make sense that I queried. After querying the charges, we were informed that an error was made. An updated recon was sent and again random amounts were just taken away and according to the new recon we owed R1317.94. I corresponded with Ntshekisang via email and telephonically to explain this to me. After a few months I heard nothing and started following up. No response received. This R1317,94 being outstanding would negatively affect credit records so we paid R1320 in February, but we still need an explanation of these random charges on our account. There are charges on the statement that were added way after the subscription ended. I'd like an explanation regarding charges being added and what they were for and a refund should part of the R1320 not have been due to ADT. We initially cancelled our subscription in December 2013 after poor service and we were convinced to rejoin in March 2014. That was a big mistake! I wouldn't recommend ADT to anyone!
