Unsatisfying workmanship.
On 15th February 2023 we appointed Brian from Accredited Waterproofing to waterproof our tin roof as we had a leakage in our bedroom. He stated in his quote that they would: "attach a skirt at main bedroom side so water cannot backflush into the house" On the 5th July we notified him about problems with the roof and as he seemed committed to fix it, we again appointed him to fix a room that was badly damaged during a earthquake. This work was completed by the 25th July and we waited for his final inspection to be done within a week. He never showed. I contacted him on the 1st November in connection with a massive leakage and faulty work and again reached out to him on the 7th November to correct his work He ignored my plea. On Friday 01 March 2024, I finally sent him a message that as we could not live with water leaking into our house, our neighbor was kind enough to fix it and we would get the bungled jobs fixed ourselves. I stipulated that I would not bother him again to honor his warranty. In his reply (which was now instantly) he threatened us with his lawyer and stated that we have awaken a giant.

no respons to various means of trying to contact.
On the 25th of February I sent 3 emails to Gems trying to obtain authorisation for a chronic script . No respons to date!!<br> Today I have been trying to contact Gems by telephone and after e listening to various options and wasting 10 minutes of my airtime , still could not be able to get somebody on the line to authorize hospital authorization .<br> HOW CAN I CONTACT GEMS?
