I have this month only had one day of internet with these guys , Carbon telecoms Green Trend group Whatever they are called NO SERVICE , NO CALL OUT , NO ANSWER , NO CARE This must be their Moto Save yourself the pain and anguish , use someone else for your internet supplier
i have paid outstanding of R650 in the 16/3 middle of last month to reconnect my dstv for kids for school holidays , they could not locate the money even after sending proof till 27/3 . then dstv was never connected so i kept emailing . now i finally got a response and a new bill of -R200 if i want to connect again . this is terrible customer service , they dont know if you paid , they dont connect you and they bill more . Worst service ever ! i will be getting another option like netflix
