WASHING MACHINE WIZARDS
My very aged washing machine gave up the ghost, but this proved to be no challenge at all for Lune. She went out of her way to find spares (at a reasonable price) and the machine was returned to us in perfect working order. Friendly, efficient and considerate service from all concerned. Construction confidence
Re-tiling of our shower following burst pipes was a breeze, thanks to the professionalism of Nthombi and her amazing team. The job was completed in a matter of hours and the bathroom was left cleaner than it was when the chaps arrived. A HUGE BOUQUET!
Had the misfortune of travelling too close to pavement grass cutters and my vehicle window was shattered. Within two hours, my details had been sent through the Mbonelaphanda's offices, a quote for a replacement window was submitted and approved, and a deposit had been made into my bank account. From the cutters themselves, who were terribly apologetic, to the admin office, to the "boss" - well done and thank you for the exceptional service. Do any actual human beings work at the Commissioner's office?! For the past four years, I have been trying to have a substantial payment allocated to my account so that I can receive a Letter of Good Standing. Emails remain unanswered and new claims cannot be processed because of my not being in good standing. Even our local Department of Labour is unable to supply me with details of an actual person at the Commissioner's office to whom I can address my problem. FRUSTRATION is not the word!
