<p>Our municipality does not know what customer care is. We as tax payers expect proper treatment and better services. How can one have an EMERGENCY number but whenever you try calling it you can't get through. They deliberately turn it off. We need an alternative land line maybe connect it with the police station. The general attitude and service from this municipality is very poor and no improvement. </p>
I paid a midwife sue king upfront before my birth. She did not render her services what she promised me and owes me a R150 refund that we overpaid.<br> <br> Genesis clinic requires a booking fee i send several emails and phone calls i want an official receipt for the booking fee we paid. <br> <br> They not responding to my complain about the above midwife . she was negligent in her duties she did not stick to her word and put my life and babys life at risk. Because of her negligence i had a traumatic birth with complications .
