25 Years of theft instead of 25 years of experience
Utterly disappointed - Bunch of thieving crooks These bunch of crooks don't even deserve a 1 star rating! After reading all these reviews, I wish that I had come on here first. Like all the others, I have fell victim to their evil ways... - Steve came in, accessed the TV, quoted us R1500. - Took the part, 'apparently' fixed it. - Brought it back, installed it. (On a Saturday) - It made a weird noise, he said that the noise will go away, but if it doesn't, that we should call him on the Monday. R1500 was transferred to his ewallet. - Of course the noise will still there on Monday and now the TV switches off by itself! - We tried calling him, either no answer or he was leaving our messages read and not responding. - He did eventually answer and kept giving us excuses, some days he was too busy and on other days, he had no transport. We even offered to fetch him and that too was futile as it never materialized. - 2 weeks later, I eventually got a response from Sam, I texted by grievances to him for Steve's poor service. - 2 minutes later, Steve calls (first time ever as I have always made the calls to him) - Steve was very aggressive and became defensive (I have all the call recordings) I hope that this post can prevent other innocent people from being scammed by these opportunists.Check all the complaints about these two scam artist use to be Platinum Applicance Repair and Maintenance before changing to Neon Applicance Services.Phone numbers are the same,as well as the email address.

Scammers
These are the biggest conmen of all time, and they don’t even deserve a single star at all, the only reason am giving them a one star rating is because this platform wouldn’t allow me to give a review without a star rating. I found their details online whilst searching for technicians for T.V Repair and called them They then said that they would come through and repair my T.V the next day They came to my premises the following day and repaired my T.V and charged R1750 which I paid them, and two days later the T.V screen went black with no picture at all. I then called, and was told that they would be coming back for a follow up to rectify the issue but no show, so I called and called them back and even left messages, but they totally ignored me Surely this is day light roberry and these are scammers and I wish there was some sort of ombudsman that one could report them to
