I had a great experience with neon sales, the stuff was very friendly, sam was patient i got a great deal n there services are quick. I got my order within 3 days.im very happy with sam’s service 👌.I would recommend neon sales to do ur online shopping.

Tv Repairs
Two people came to work on LG Tv in September. They did not fix the Tv and demanded payment. Promised to come back in 2 weeks Time. When trying to get hold of them they ignored all my messages and came up with excuses every time They introduce themselves as Sam and Steve. They are driving a blue bakkie registration number DV17GSGP. Don t fall into this trap.Company use to be called Platinum Applicance Repair and Maintenance before being changed after stealing & scamming so many people.Sam & Steve are the two crooks read all about them,contact numbers email address is the same.No business cards or invoice books only wants cash.Stay far away from these to thief's stealing parts to do second hand repairs

Two Con Men 25 Years of Theft
Hi All If you come across a company called Platinum Appliance Repairs & Maintenance.Passion trading and projects cc.PLEASE do not make use of their services there is,clearly nothing platinum about them.Should be named Platinuim Applicance Repair & Maintenance Thief's.Biggest scam artist ever took my TV away,for over 6 weeks came back worse off which would have been an hour or two to repair.They stole the back lights came with a,broken screen stole mine for another,tv doesn't switch on either as before.My mother board was swopped actually stolen for some other tv.There excuse is they waiting for a mother board each time I spoke to him.The guys name who apparently owns it is Sam Zambu ********** & ********** email is *********** & the so called guy who does the repairs the other thief Steven goes by Steve ********** & the best part gets blocked on Whatsapp & calls.They lie about everything,quick to pass the buck.I've attempted numerous times for them to rectify which clearly gets ignored,received it on the 8th August & nothing,up until today.Has a damn nerve to tell me I should find someone else to repair,which he stole parts from & I should bring it to Randburg which most likely is a non existent address,the one says Jhb one says Randburg both crooks are lying.As it's costing him to come out each time.I repeat Do not do business with them they are crooks,which is very unprofessional for a grown man who steals parts,as well as money & a bad name for his company.Over 25 years experience more like over 25 years of being scam artist & thief's.Very quick to call often when they wanted the business,or should I say to steal in the end I had to keep chasing after him.I'm sure they without a doubt they use second hand parts to do repairs stealing from one to repair the next,they will bomb out.I haven't paid him anything which of course,he wanted even before it was repaired i instead got a worse off tv.I have his number plate CN 88 NL GP drives a black Chev Trailblazer.I ain't,the first to complain nor would I be the last.Please share with other groups communities out there.They seem to operate throughout Jhb & Pretoria.Anything stolen doesn't last long,you will always be begging.Never bite the hand that feeds you as KARMA is a *****.What goes around comes around,every dog has its day.They don't have business cards & conveniently,any invoice books,nor any address & only wants cash so clearly avoiding the tax man. 25 Years of theft instead of 25 years of experience
Utterly disappointed - Bunch of thieving crooks These bunch of crooks don't even deserve a 1 star rating! After reading all these reviews, I wish that I had come on here first. Like all the others, I have fell victim to their evil ways... - Steve came in, accessed the TV, quoted us R1500. - Took the part, 'apparently' fixed it. - Brought it back, installed it. (On a Saturday) - It made a weird noise, he said that the noise will go away, but if it doesn't, that we should call him on the Monday. R1500 was transferred to his ewallet. - Of course the noise will still there on Monday and now the TV switches off by itself! - We tried calling him, either no answer or he was leaving our messages read and not responding. - He did eventually answer and kept giving us excuses, some days he was too busy and on other days, he had no transport. We even offered to fetch him and that too was futile as it never materialized. - 2 weeks later, I eventually got a response from Sam, I texted by grievances to him for Steve's poor service. - 2 minutes later, Steve calls (first time ever as I have always made the calls to him) - Steve was very aggressive and became defensive (I have all the call recordings) I hope that this post can prevent other innocent people from being scammed by these opportunists.Check all the complaints about these two scam artist use to be Platinum Applicance Repair and Maintenance before changing to Neon Applicance Services.Phone numbers are the same,as well as the email address.

I then called, and was told that they would be coming back for a follow up to rectify the issue but no show, so I called and called them back and even left messages, but they totally ignored me Surely this is day light roberry and these are scammers and I wish there was some sort of ombudsman that one could report them to
