I have a contract with matrix .my car was ****** on the 19th of this month early morning.i woke up my car was gone I called tracker they said they cant recover my car n they can’t compensate me for not finding my car. They telling me there is no garantee or recovery if your car is ****** n there is no compensation.they only called me on the day of the theft to tell me they cant find my car they never called again.this means ive been paying for tracker for nothing since they cant help me with anything
I stay at 35 kempton road unit 21 the meter box just stopped functioning we called them yesterday day they said they will deliver the new meter box today but even now we are still waiting no1 is answering the phone when we call im on a second day without electricity now.we asked if they cant load it for us on their side they said they cant.now the food in the fridge is ruined coz im on 2 days without electricity with no chance of them delivering they new meter box.im not happy with the service I would like the matter resolved ASAP as ive hold half of my grocer over this
My debt hero is debiting me but not paying my vehicle finance. I lodge a complaint on there website they said someone is gonna call me even now no1 called me.i want to cancel my contract with them coz now im paying double for my car.i already lodged 3 complaints still no1 is attending to my matter i want full refund of my money as im in errears because of them
I app**** to my debt hero because of my vehicle finance I couldn’t manage my payments so i needed help sonwabo called me n helped me with my application n another person who deals with accounts called to finalise debit account.since then i never heard from them they debited me this December.when im trying to do follow up if my vehicle is premium is paid no1 is attending to my matter there is no communication from them im starting to thnk the company is a big ****. Because they too my money but no communication between me n them.ive been trying to get in contact with them to update me about my account since last year.they dont call or email me at all
No1 attented my complain up until today.it seems like no1 care about my concerns as a residence.it means they wanna force me to pay the money i shouldn't even consider paying
I had electricity issue at the first unit i first moved into I reported it several times no1 helped me,i only got the management attention after writing a review about the situation then i got help they moved me into another unit.just wen I thought my problems are over, they wanna charge me extra R1500 on top of my rent they say its for maintenance at the unit i was staying at.they said walls was damaged which is a lie i only stayed 2 n half months in that unit there was no damaged walls. I went to their offices to enquire about it,they making it seem like it was my fault that the other unit was faulty in the first place.i wouldn’t have to move if they had fixed the electricity problem in that unit instead they moved n they still expect money from me while they did not compensate me for all the money i lost on electricity in the previous unit.im very unhappy n disappointed because of the treatment they giving to their customers.how am i supposed to recommend other people to stay at a place im not happy my self.i asked to be released from my lease they said im gonna be penalised.how do u expect someone to stay at a place he’s treated unfairly.i plead with higher management to attend to this as i cannot pay R1500 for them to fix something that was their fault in the first place.
My electricity issue was sorted out, all thanks to rebotile and alex for helping me move to another unit while the other unit is being sorted out.im happy at the new unit.im hoping other will the get same help n service i got from rebotile.thank you very much,much appreciated
Im staying at masai lofts i have electricity problem.i stay at unit 40.units next to mine use less electricity they use R16 a day my unit use R60 rand a day with only geyser n fridge connected.i complain they dont want to help me i even asked to move to another unit,they refusing, they say there is nothing wrong my unit.my other neighbours had the same problem their issues got resolved but they want to help me.can any1 from central development head office help me.im tired of living for electricity.i pay close to 2k a month, which is not fair.

MTN disconnect my SIM cards after they treated me unfair as a customer they don’t care about their customer all they care about is money.I intent to take this matter to court as they failing to do right by me as their loyal customer for years.charging me on services I know nothing about is a fraud.
