This company has conducted themselves unprofessionally and deceptively. The renovations were supposed to be completed within 6 to 8 weeks, it's now week 14 and my home remains in an awful state with shoddy workmanship and incomplete items as per the quotation. I was also threatened to pay more than the quotation or else my home won't be completed. I did so and my house still remains incomplete and in a terrible condition. I also receive calls and messages from Subcontractors that they haven't been paid by the company to date. Yet they have received more funds from me than the quotation. I have given them many opportunities to right their wrongs but they continue to lie, deceive and manipulate. A case is in the process of being registered with the police. It has been a nightmare working with Sibahle designs and projects as it has caused me undue stress and frustration. In addition to the financial losses I have incurred. The other review on Hello Peter is biased as it's from someone related to the company. They also conduct business through another compamy but I will be doing a separate review regarding that. Be extremely cautious dealing with this unprofessional company.

This company and the 'owner' / director Joseph Mbunge is totally unprofessional. The renovations he was engaged to do was supposed to be completed in 6 to 8 weeks.It's now been 13 weeks and my house remains a mess. He has also demanded more money threatening that the house will not be completed if I don't transfer more funds. To date he hasn't completed the work. There has been damage to my property and even theft of items from my home including the freezer. There is now a ******** case against this company in the process of being open Please do not engage in this company's services as it has been nightmare. Even the other positive review on Hello Peter id by his wife Esther Kasambandopa as she's also listed as a director in the company documentation
We are still awaiting feedback regarding queries for a claim that was submitted in 2019 but PPS says that they didn't receive it due to system issues. They are now further delaying the claim by not responding to our numerous emails and phone calls. The response received was that their independent doctors are not available to assess the member as a result of Covid. This is a totally an unacceptable response as they are still deducting thousands of rands and premiums for a service that they have failed to provide. No indication of when this matter will be resolved has even been communicated. THIS IS NOT H0W A COMPANY THAT PROFESSES TO CATER TO A PROFESSIONAL SHOULD BEHAVE! This is not the first time that PPS has treated us with unfair discrimination. Sadly the member cannot apply for a policy elsewhere due to her pre existing conditions We will NEVER recommend PPS to anyone!
I submitted a claim in 2019 and now upon following up was told that they never received my documentation although I still have the sent email. They now require further info thereby delaying the claim despite me paying premiums on a monthly basis. This isn't the first time I'm experiencing the appalling unprofessional behaviour by PPS. It's shocking that Professional Provident Society behave unprofessionally. I have experienced numerous issues with PPS including lies etc that have been sent via emails all to prevent a claim being paid out throughout the years.
<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">The service that a professional organisation renders to professionals is totally appalling. I have been denied a claim as a result of lies stated by PPS in wrotten communication saying that a doctor said I'm in remission in his report. However upon request of the doctors report no such thing was stated by the doctor but instead that my treatment needs to be optimised. I have been trying to get fair treatment regarding this and have even escalated the matter to the PPS Arbitrator and the matter still remains unresolved after 4 months of my complaint. During this time however PPS has insisted that monthly premiums be paid and for a service that I haven't been receiving for almost a year now. The undue stress caused by their unprofessional behaviour is exacerbating my health condition. Am on the verge of getting legal assistance to deal with this as I'm so tired of this.</span></p>
