I have placed an order on the 31 May and was told ETA is 20 working days. A day before I knew it was supposed to be despatched I messaged Tevin and he told me it will be despatched the next day which was the 28th June. From that day all I hear is lies. Weeks ago he sent me a waybill that all it says is scanning. When I called him out on his lies he then told me he's been having problems with his machine. Every week after that I've been hearing lies. I eventually called the courier company to check on the two waybills that he has given me and they told me the parcels have not yet been given to them. Last week I asked him for a refund because I am tired of the lies. He promised me it will be with me the next day. 26th July I recieve a parcel and it is only the draws!!! And not the glass tops and mirrors. He says because it is glass it cannot be shipped with the drawers. Absolute lies. It is now 2 months and all I hear is lies.
I have been experiencing pathetic service from you guys <br> <br> Firstly you guys haven't been debiting my account for 4 months which I have picked up and called you guys numerous times and gave you my banking details every time I called. I keep getting sms's saying that I need to pay a certain amount to avoid my subscription from been suspended. On the 30/03/2015 you have suspended my account for 4days. I have called you guys on the 31/03/2015 and was told by Potunia the credit controller that my account will be debited and my cellphone will be unblocked within an hour which didn't happen at all! On the 1st April I called again and spoke to another credit controller and was told that the account now looks okay and she has unblocked my phone<br> <br> I get another sms saying that I need to pay an outstanding amount to avoid suspension!! What the hell is going on?? Can you guys just not debit my account??<br> <br> How many times do you guys need me to call you and give you my banking details so you can debit my account?? I have never had such issues with Nashua Mobile! The biggest mistake they ever made was handing their customers over to you guys <br> <br> Your services are appalling<br>
