If I could do two separate ratings , I would rate the level of assistance/service ive received from Rain half a star. All they do is log tickets as a solution. Had a connection problem since yesterday aswell. They logged another ticket. I ended up calling in and I spoke to a lady I can not remember her name(email says Jam but im sure it was a longer name) 10 stars to her.. she helped me to get it sorted and up and running again.she was awesome

STAY AWAY!!
Stay away from Marco Tesner from MT IT SOLUTIONS. Our transactions started on the 7th of March Where I paid him with devices as trade ins as well as over 2000 in cash. Problems and promises ever since. He has acknowledged that he owes me my devices and money , today im still sitting empty handed. Its called *****ing, something he disagrees strongly with no solution or effort to return my property and money. Previous review also not sorted out as I know the person that made it.
