Dropping the ball here Bloom. You've always been the most helpful when it comes to support, but this time you've dropped the ball big time. Activated my policy through you, was promised policy documents and to this day no information regarding my cover, and no response from your team. What is happening?

Turns out I was wrong about this company. Just like all the rest. Once they have you signed up and have your money, you become just another statistic. ********** service, you no communication, I cannot even get my chronic medication because all of a sudden this is not covered, your cover will also be cancelled or suspended without any communication. Shocking.
