I have pleasant first encounter with both, Advocate Mokondo and Advocate Guildenhuys, and we are extremely pleased in the matter in which they dealt with our issues, and satisfactorily resolved it. As we often think that other organisations are bigger than the ordinary man on the street, their impartiality and fairness, overwrite that, and prove that in their organisation everyone is equal irrespective of size and stature. We applaud your efficiency.
Ombudsman for Banking Services is a very impartial organisation, in my dealing with them, I have noted that they are fair and transparent, they are in dealings with issues, irrespective of the size of the matter, and irrespective of the size of the organization involved. I am actually grateful for the efficiency and effectiveness in holding every one accountable.
I recently experienced a situation where someone was in position of my statement details without me knowing about it. The branch advised that the only way would be a case where it was generated through the app, ATM on internal fingerprint. Could you alternatively track this.
