Extremely bad service and customer care. I placed an order in June, which stated that it had shipped minutes after the payment was processed. This order has never actually shipped and they keep telling me they are having stock issues and that they will ship it within 20 business days. They refuse to cancel the order and give a refund although they have breached the service agreement. Their website says nothing about stock issues as it let's you place the order. Their website needs to close down and they need to give customers their money back.
