Poor service
Poor service and communication i bought 2 T-shirt in 21 September 2025 and it was said it will take only 10-20 days shipping nothing is be said now its the 29/10/2025 am not happy and i will never buy to them they are ****mers

PitchInvader ZA are ****mers & *****s
Do not use this company. Ordered 3 jerseys 6 months back, have been following up monthly. First excuse is new management have taken over, then backlog of orders and then my 1 item is out if stock can i change it. Now no communication and they refuse to refund any moneys paid. ****mers and *****s they need to be on carte blanche and locked up.

Do not use this company. Ordered 3 jerseys 6 months back, have been following up monthly. First excuse is new management have taken over, then backlog of orders and then my 1 item is out if stock can i change it. Now no communication and they refuse to refund any moneys paid. ****mers and *****s they need to be on carte blanche and locked up.

Extremely bad service and customer care. I placed an order in June, which stated that it had shipped minutes after the payment was processed. This order has never actually shipped and they keep telling me they are having stock issues and that they will ship it within 20 business days. They refuse to cancel the order and give a refund although they have breached the service agreement. Their website says nothing about stock issues as it let's you place the order. Their website needs to close down and they need to give customers their money back.

Pitch invaders - shocking company
I placed my order with this company on the 20th of March 2025 and once my order had been confirmed it said that it would be delivered within 10-20 days ,however it has been 3 months now and i haven't received anything , the company is also horrible at communicating and getting back to me as well as other clients from what I've read about

I will never order from this people they deceive you woth their price, they don't communicate with you, they have no contact except Facebook page in which they don't respond, its now 17 days since my order, I think of opening a police casè, they are ****s, and ask Facebook to ban their adverts which they use to **** people

I was told that product would be sent to with the courier in 10 - 15 business days. We have now exceeded the 15 business day mark, and i am still waiting on a response from customer service. Would not recommend anyone buy from them!
