In 2014 I bought a Henwood bed at Dani Du Toit Furnishers. Now this year, hardly 2 years, the mattress is tearing at the edges. I was told that the bed is the best in the market when I bought it. How does the best in the market tear after just 2 years.

I called the shop, which referred me to the supplier (Henwood Bedding), I now had to deal with the supplier but I bought my bed at Danie Du Toit Furnishes. Talk about passing the buck

Henwood Bedding refuses to replace my bed and has come up with every excuse not to replace it. They claim my mattress has stains and I did not take good care of it and I dragged it across my room, how low of them. I bought that bed because I was told it is the 'best'. Had I known any different, I would not have bought.

Henwood claims that their beds have a 10 year warranty, however they tear after 2 years? How??

No one should buy Henwood beds, they will tear and if buying from Dani Du Toit, you will not be assisted.

To date no one from Dani Du Toit has contacted me to check if my mattress was replaced.

I would strongly advise consumers to really think about purchasing beds from this shop, especially Henwood beds.

Bad quality beds.
