Cell Zone did a fradulant sim swap on my account
Cell Zone, Polokwane, Store dealer code 137709. Responsible person noted as Dancy Tshisonga<br> This is the information on the MTN systems that was processed on an illegal sim swap on my account, I tried to contact them to find out what was going on and I was met will arrogance and attitude, in no way shape or description were they prepared to even show interest to prevent this type of fraud from happening. They spoke to me as if I was a criminal, at this point they are not prepared to speak to me any further because I am not MTN, but it is MY account that was hacked, by their store!! I guess the point they made with not even being prepared to assist in this very serious matter, certainly suggests that they are somewhat involved in the unscrupulous behavior.

Fraudulant sim swap on MTN
My MTN sim was fraudulently processed on a sim swap. The store is noted on MTN systems at Cell Zone, Polokwane, Dealer Code 137709. MTN refuse to assist as it is a franchise store, I need to contact the store myself, I try contact the store (015)295-4029 and an arrogant woman refuses to assist because I am not from MTN and I can be a criminal/fraudster she tells me. In the mean time, I am trying to get my phone reconnected to the MTN network, an entire sim swap needs to be done and I was reissued with a new sim card by the store at Carnival mall, Jabu at the store treated me like an absolute criminal with all the security questions even after supplying both my drivers license and I.D. Book. He was unable to activate the sim swap because some or other MTN system shuts down at 6pm, he informed me that he will do it first thing in the morning, following up at 10am from my office line, I was informed that he isn't even going to be at the store until after 11am. So basically everything was put on hold and nothing is happening. MTN 0831808 taken beyond 15min to get through to speak to anyone and the persons on the other end of the line don't really have any interest.
