Good day, Why are you debiting me on a monthly basis? My pets have passed on. I submitted they cremation certificate. This is unacceptable. I tried calling your call center with no luck. When you want our business you will call non-stop. When we want to speak to you about the errors your consultants are making, you are unreachable. Can management at your company reach out to me?
I cannot reach your call centre to cancel our policy. Before cancellation I want to make 100% all my claims were received on your end as I used the portal to submit, I see some are pending. Some of the claims have been short paid. My dog has passed away, I sent you the cremation details and you still continue to charge us for September & October. Kindly contact me via phone call as your Whatsapp chatbot is also not helpful.
I have submitted a written complaint to this company last week with no interest or response. I can see by their lack of response that they do not care about their customers.
Cancel our account. I sent an email on 11 March 2025. No response from you Cancellation Department. The person I spoke to asked me to email a letter for the cancellation of services. This was done, no response from your company. We supported you for a few years and this is how you treat clients?
Pathetic service from your company. The below agent makes decisions for the client and is never apologetic. We have not been paid on our claims for receipts submitted. Vejoy soya products: On 26 June 2024 I made their products in the airfryer, the vegetarian tikka sausages. I found one of the vegetarian item cased in plastic. I had eaten the sausage thinking it was a casing that was edible and when I told Mr H Kapoor about this he told me I should have deep fried it then the plastic would have came off. I was shocked with his response. I contacted Mr H Kapoor, he was rude and became defensive about his products. I sent him proof of the issue at hand and he was not interested to help. We have been supporting his company Cyber Trading for several years. Their after sales service is very poor. I do not recommend this company. When I asked them if they used BPA free plastic packaging, they refused to comment. I would like to inform the public, be very careful with Vejoy products. This is my terrible experience with this company. I hope the Health Deaprtment sees this review and investigates this company. They do not take their customer feedback seriously and turn the problem onto the customer.
My experience at Virgin Active Vanderbijlpark: I was attacked verbally by a white individual at this gym. He was verbally abusive and rude me. He continued to swear and intimidate me when I was working out at this gym. This incident was reported at the gym staff and to head office and nothing was done to the perpetrator. He is still allowed to come to the gym. I am still waiting for the manager of the gym to get back to me on a decision whether the individual will be banned? The perpetrator was not asked to leave. I feared for my safety and left the gym. This was an act of ****** as he could have went to anybody else yet he chose me (you could see the hatred in his eyes). Some things never change in the Vaal. How can this gym allow something like this in 2023? I am posting this review to warn other black and brown people. ****** needs to stop and this gym needs to take serious action against anyone who promotes this behaviour. Taking away the rights of the innocent is a ******** offense.
I am very disappointed in the Oneplan Pet Insurance. They have never ever settled a vet claim in full. Their communication is very poor. I have DotSure for my other dogs and do not have this issue that I experience with Oneplan. Oneplan is more expensive than Dotsure, one would expect better service.
