I received a damaged item from One Day Only, 4 weeks later and I’m still waiting for it to be replaced! Have sent numerous emails which go unanswered! Stopped shopping on their site due to a bad experience and this is what I get for giving them the benefit of the doubt! Why have a customer service department at all!
do not even think about taking your business to Pattingtons Flowers and Gift Shop in Parktown, the staff are less than helpful and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by entering the shop. I got reprimanded for asking if they sold baby's breath. The old lady in the shop is extremely rude and im very surprised they are still in business if thats the way she treats customers. They dont want your business so rather take it elsewhere and dont inconvenience them!
FNB promises you the world with their Platinum account but don't be fooled, The monthly fees continue to rise while the benefits continue to decease... <br> If you go to the slow lounge with fnb platinum but don't have a platinum credit card as well, u r salary isn't paid into that acc or u are flying internationally...you pay R250 because according to FNB the rules of two free slow lounge visits per month for Platinum card holders changed at the end of July! Well thanks for informing me when i changed to FNB platinum for those perks in June under false pretenses! So sneaky! You offer nothing better than ABSA or Standard Bank! Good bye FNB Platinum you rip off!
i placed an online order with Magic in the Box on the 16th March, to date i have not received the goods i paid for! they do not respond to emails nor do they answer their phone!!! this is daylight robbery, how is a company like this allowed to even operate!!! i wish i had looked on Hello Peter before placing my order with them, i see i am not alone. They are thieves!!!! give me my order or give me my money back!!!
