On the 19th February 2025 I received a call from a Cell C agent, which I thought was representing Cell C, but to my utter disblief I was later informed by the personel of the Cell C store and numerous discussions with the Cell C call Centre, I was informed that I should never have taken a contract over the phone. But unformately the lady on the other side of the phone was very persuasive and well informed about here product, so I signed up for the R419-00, for both my contracts - broken up the Router was to be R219-00 & the Cell phone contract was to be R199-00, which totaled an amount of R418-00 per month from the 01st April 2025. Just thereafter I received a statement from Cell C in the amount of R839-33, which I DID NOT AGREE TO and then went and see Mohamed at Cell C New Market and was shocked when he seen the figures given to me by Michelle (telesales lady). I then sent him an email on the 09th March 2025 explaining my position - (at the meeting with Mohamed after we discussed the amounts I told him I WILL NOT PAY the AMOUNTS QUOTED ON THE STATEMENT, and wanted the original contract quoted to me by Michelle, the telesales lady - to this I would also like to add that I received a brand new cell phone, as per Michelle's instruction). Unfortunately, Mohamed went on leave, and I tried dealing with Cell C's call Centre, as well as Toney at the New Market Cell C store, and no one can help/assist me as I keep getting pushed from pillar-to-post. The last straw came when Toney at the shop told me that he washes his hands clean of this query and recommended that I send my grievances to Hello Peter, which I am now doing. In between I received messages from Cell C to say that my monthly allocation had been authorised and then I received a phone call from Cell C accounts to advised that I am behind in payment. I told the lady that phone me from Cell C accounts department to sort out the mess that they had created, she the put me on to some else who told me that my March 2025 of R839-33 was for the ROUTER ONLY - this is mind blowing. The service that I have received from Cell C has been absolutely disgusting and I still refuse to accept what they are telling me to pay, and I will not pay this account until such time that Cell C sort it out. Also, during my discussion with Toney I requested that AREA MANAGERS NAME & CONTACT NUMBER and was told that she would contact me and that she operates mainly from the north and DOES NOT COME TO THE SOUTH to see customers. How is that the AREA MANAGER REFUSES OUTRIGHT TO PHONE ME OR DEAL WITH, LIKE A CIVILISED PERSON. This just goes to show that Cell C are so ***********. Please if there is any assistance that Hello Peter can afford, I would high appreciate it. Regards, Cliff
It is with great pleasure that I give a 5 start glowing report to Sean Drucker at SOS Lifestyle AV. He went way above the call of duty to solve my problem with a Decor with an insurance claim through Multichoice. I applied on line to dispose of my car and within half an hour a lady called me from the company and advised me that Rasheed would contact me to set up an appointment. Rasheed contacted me the same day and visited me the next day and made me an offer and the money was in my bank within 4 hours. The next day the car was collected and on Monday I received change of ownership. I would highly recommend this particular company as they keep their appointments and are very polite and value their customers. Rasheed and the two other people that came to collect the car were polite and punctual. I will definitely do future business with this company.
