Dear Clients,<br> <br> Please may we all gather and put a STOP ONCE AND FOR ALL from this DMC COMPANY who goes about harrassing people as early at 5 am in the morning asking for a debt that has long prescribed and has nothing to do with them or anyone else.<br> <br> I propose you send me your complaint by email and i will draw a petition to the Minister of Justice and the Ombudsman to revoke the licence of this service provider who actually purchase the debt from banks and cell providers. <br> <br> Please address your complaints to : [Email Removed] which will be kept confidential at all times.<br> <br> <br> LETS PUT AN END TO THIS MENACE OF UNQUALIFIED STAFF who dare not know the rules of consumer protection.
Wed 2.20pm 23/3 Medical Centre at Lion Match Complex the White Supervisor at the complex continuously used the reception to ring the Dentist whilst he attended to me. He had to cut short his dental therapy and when i met the arrogant woman at the reception she had the cheek to ask me how i was. I then told her after some heated words \to go to hell\" as someone of her position should have handled this matter delicately or better still in private not in front of the reception of a Tenant who pays exorbitant rental and the end results WE THE CUSTOMERS EVENTUALLY PAYS THE RENTAL, HER FAT SALARY, THE SECURITY GUARDS SALARY and to be treated in this fashion is really not on. I am to take this matter further as to question the Security Guards manners in the way he handles the clients that pay him his salary, and to the company ENFORCE who seems to have picked people of the street to manage a complex of this size. I really wonder if his employer has given ANY TRAINING WHATSOEVER but what is totally lacking is courtesy to the very people that pay them a salary. Its a pity that the Practitioner is known to me OTHERWISE i would not set foot back on your premises for which WE PAY. "
