Vodacom a DISGRACE
Dealing with Vodacom IS THE WORST customer service experience you will ever get. The call centre staff are not trained and seem to enjoy frustrating already irritated customers further, they do not have any information, they cannot assist you in any way. I keep getting told someone will call me back within 24 hours and it's been weeks!! Airtime and data get stolen off your account, this month we didn't get invoices or itemised billing and instead of letting their customers know, they just keep quiet. Yet every single month, without fail, you debit your invoice off my account, that is the only thing that works at Vodacom. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

Excellent Service
I was referred to Dino's Dry Cleaners through someone else that was happy with the quality and service of their dry cleaning specifically for curtains. The shop was a bit out of my way but they clean them on site and the business is owner managed so I felt that it would be worth it. I had a set of curtains cleaned (weighing 24 kgs) and Robert lives in my area so he kindly offered to deliver them once they were done free of charge. I highly recommend service like this.<br> <br> They are based in the Wilro Park Centre and can be contacted on 011 764 1827
