Logged a call with my insurance . They send Peter and partner and those guys did wonders , they went all out and made sure everything is in working order . Very professional and they know their job . Big up guys
On 11 Feb 2023 on Saturday morning my garage door broke . I contacted Absa and explained to them the issue . They send a locksmith of which I needed a garage door specialist I wasn't locked outside .They wanted 600 calm out fee which I disputed . The locksmith then said I should pay him 350 since it was a misunderstanding with absa and should claim my refund . I paid him . Late in the afternoon Absa could not get a service provider for and they told me to look for one they will reimburse me the money . I got one on internet and I was solved . I paid R1650 . I send them the assessment report, receipts and pictures and nothing has been done . I used to call every Monday to check process but they are not helpful at all . This has made me see what a **** paying insurance is . I am so frustrated . I signed my indemnity and I pay every month and also they have an annual fee which they take . Now they can't keep their promise of providing with security .
