Logged a call with my insurance . They send Peter and partner and those guys did wonders , they went all out and made sure everything is in working order . Very professional and they know their job . Big up guys

Pathetic service. Replaced new valve and leak continued. They then blamed geyser 2 which is very new. They also damaged my alarm sensor on the trap door. Stay away from this company.

Listen, ya'll are AMAZING!!!! We put in a claim to our bank for a leaking pipe, the plumbers came to assess it and they said it was a small leak. The bank told us we'd still need to pay an excess of R1250, even though the leak was minor. Faseegah (sp) from Simply First Plumbing turned around and said "Not Today Satan" and she was kind and confident enough in their work, to fix it for us as a courtesy! You won't find these kinds of businesses in this day and age. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Listen, ya'll are AMAZING!!!! We put in a claim to our bank for a leaking pipe, the plumbers came to assess it and they said it was a small leak. The bank told us we'd still need to pay an excess of R1250, even though the leak was minor. Faseegah (sp) from Simply First Plumbing turned around and said "Not Today Satan" and she was kind and confident enough in their work, to fix it for us as a courtesy! You won't find these kinds of businesses in this day and age. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Our geyser burst, I contacted Standard Bank Insurance, fully prepared to wait weeks with it being mid December. The guys from Simply First Plumbing called and made an appointment with me, and came out within a couple of hours. They saw the geyser had burst and was under Warranty, they arranged with the manufacturer to get guys in the next day and swapped it out with a brand-new one, that was an upgraded design to address the fault in the previous one. From first contact to getting a replacement up and running it was hardly 24 hours. Thanks so much, I am very impressed.

I logged a burst geyser on the 1 January 2024. To date, 23 January 2024 (no geyser replacement) I have not received regular feedback unless I called them and always spoke to Ruwayda. Ruwayda is beyond rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. She should not work in a customer environment. Simply First Plumbing if recommended, please turn them away as they would do more harm than good. It is appalling how a company gets work from insurance companies and treats people like **** and offer a ****ty service. Definitely a company with no customer eccentric values or bothered what Ruwayda does. Probably given work by a family member working for those insurance companies. I will escalate Simply First Plumbing to my insurer as well so that something is done.

Minus one star for this company. I logged a claim with Old Mutual to replace the stop-**** tap on my property and they assigned their service provider - Simply First Plumbing. They assessed the job and without authorization or consent to start chopping the concrete they subsequently broke the copper nut on the copper pipe underground beneath the drain. This pipe was underground and there is no possible way for the nut to crack by itself. Surely the contractor would have seen lots of water when he arrived if there was a leak prior. After already breaking the concrete the plumber named Jerome then advised that their service did not include concrete work and wanted to charge extra for this. In the end the tap was never On my following municipal account statement I received a significant increase to my water bill. I've sent all required information to Old Mutual and now they are rejecting the claim on the basis of their clause of not compensating for "Consequential Loss". However, my increased water tariff was directly after their service provider worked on my property and a consequence of poor workmanship. In the end I had to get my own service provider as Simply First Plumbing refused to come out again and told me to reopen the claim.

I logged my claim Saturday morning , Simply First Plumbing was appointed to assist us , They arrived early afternoon my geyser was replaced after they finished i had hot water ! Their service was great , They are very professional and the plumbers were friendly , they did a good job. I would definitely recommend this company.
