Be aware when using I store Trade In Traded in my old phone for a new iPhone 16 Pro max on 18 December 2024: ref: CGL0058819 After being messed around by their Courier company - RAM who lost my Phone for a while, I was finally told on 28 December 2024 that my phone had been valued (basically half of what they originally offered) and I would soon receive a credit. Contacted all their possible help lines - phone, Email and What's App they all promised me my credit would ne escalated. Today, 8 January 2025 - 29 days later I still have not received my credit. Will continue to try and contact the Istore to resolve this problem and will then proceed to go Legal if no response - BE VERY AWARE of using this ISTORE Trade In
Placed order No MAK7888420 with Makro on 16 October 2024 and was advised that there is a delay. Finally advised on 21 Oct that order was ready for collection. I advised Makro that I had a problem collecting the order and they advised they would arrange delivery. Nothing further advised until 30 October 2024 when I received an SMS advising that my order had been collected. I enquired via their What's App , telephonic help line and via Email requesting proof of collection and a copy of the delivery note to see who collected my order - to no avail. So basically, someone at Makro has ****** my order and I cannot find out from Makro how this happened - as they keep telling me they are going to investigate. This order was provided by their Riversands Branch
as an existing fibre customer, I tried to order a sim card as backup. went online and ordered and paid for the card plus courier fee on 22 August 2024, to date I am unable to get any feedback on when my order is coming and all their communication channels are down as they do not answer the phone nor reply on their WhatsApp no, anyone have any idea how to resolve this problem
Having shopped with Geewiz for some time with excellent service I recently had the unfortunate experience of not recently my full order. I notified them via their online system and within minutes received a confirmation that they were investigating. about an hour later I received a message confirming that my replacement was on its way. I received it shortly after. This is truly amazing service from Geewiz and the feedback and action was above excellent. Thank you to everyone at Geewiz for the years of amazing, competitively priced and easy ordering
Placed an order with this company on 6 September 2023. My order was confirmed in stock and payment was made. Part of the order was delivered a month later, but the balance is still outstanding. Having contacted the company on numerous occasions, via telephone and email, they keep promising me that my order will soon be shipped. Unfortunately, to date I have still not received the order
Placed order on 2 Dec 22, O/N 10317 and unable to find out when it will be available. No reply to e mails. spoke on the phone to various people who keep promising me they will call back with information, To date nothing heard back - very poor service and would not recommend.
Our Company, National Coals and Carbons has had an account with Afrox for over 10 years for the supply of Suremix. In March this year they arbitrary charged our account for and additional Suremix cylinder. we emailed Afrox in March advising them that we only have one cylinder and please could they credit our account for this additional cylinder and also requested they provide us with proof that we had ordered or received an additional cylinder. having sent a further3 emails requesting feedback and credit for this fraudulent charge and trying to contact them via telephone we have received no reply. The last email gave Afrox 7 days to revert where after we will proceed with legal action. To date our company has received no reply- shocking and disgusting business practice from Afrox.
Been trying to renew my post box for over a month, started with the Virtual Post Office but it kept crashing, then tried, lanseria which was closed for lunch at 11.30. Then tried Cedar Square which was open but had no power ( understand it has had no power for the last three months). Then went to leaping frog to find that it was deserted but unlocked with post strewn everywhere. it is shocking to see the state of the Post office's... what can be done to fix this problem ?
Fast and Furious was supposed to deliver an order from Takelot last Month. After 3 smss advising me that they where on their way to deliver my parcel, they never arrived. Then on Saturday they suddenly arrived but with only one of my parcels and I refused to sign until they delivered the second parcel. To date they have failed to deliver my second parcel and informed Takelot that they had completed my delivery. This is basically Fraud and I have asked Takelot to resolve this issue, but to date nothing has happened. Absolutely fraudulent and disgusting service from both Fast and Furious and Takelot
