I had the pleasure dealing with Erin de Jager with faults that I picked up after taking delivery of the car. She kept me up to date throughout the process with every development small or big. I am very grateful to have had someone so helpful and actively communicating with me all the way through. Thank you so much for all the assistance
I have a generally good experience with Mit Mak. I enquired about a vehicle and after realizing it was out of my price range I canceled my viewing appointment. To my surprise later on that day I got a call from Jacques Coetzee that another vehicle of what I was looking for had just come in and is in my price range. I went over to view the car and well it's currently parked in my garage. There were issues picked up with the dekra check and was sorted by Mit Mak no questions asked. The car is in my possession for about a month and half and I still get regular check ins from Jacques on how things are going. He has even said if I find any issues with the car he will book it in again to be sorted. Service like this does not come around everyday. I must say Jacques is going over and above the call of duty for me. And no doubt my next car and all future family car's will be coming from him.
Honestly the worst people to deal with. After agreeing and paying a deposit Eric, went AWOL and disappeared. Called no less then 50 times and not answered once. All he could of done was answered and said sorry I can't make it or sorry I can't do your blinds and be done with it but instead he has ignored me and till today still heard nothing. I Opened a case of theft against the company and Eric. Stay far away rather pay a little more to get the better service.
Long Story Short: Had a unit in my car, with a paid up contract. Within in the first year car got sold, after a lot of phoning the unit finally got removed with the promise of fitting it in my new vehicle the next day, 3 months later still no unit in my new car or follow up call or any communication, but debit my account more than the advised cost. After countless calls again still nothing. I have called countless times to no success. Unfortunately this isnt the only incident. I have a panic button in my other vehicle and have pressed it countless times and nothing happens... great. So in all honesty Netstar you guys suck!
